About Us

We are  a support group for Black Canadians who are vegetarian, vegan, or raw foodies and those who are interested in changing to a vegetarian and ultimately a plant-based vegan lifestyle. Black Canadians are high on the list of those suffering from food-borne diseases like Arthritis, Alzheimer’s, Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, Obesity, Parkinson’s and Lupus. We conduct FREE bi-monthly workshops on how to live a Plant-based Vegan Lifestyle. We are joining forces to support each other and lovingly and respectfully encourage our families, friends, and all Black Canadians to adopt this very healthful, disease preventing lifestyle.
